Two meeting rooms, each able to accommodate up to 100 people (depending on set-up) are available on-site for exhibitors interested in hosting seminars, meetings, client appreciation events, or other gatherings during the Show.

Rooms are located adjacent to the Grand Hallway, on the far northeast side of the Entrec Centre. Rental fees are $100 / hour, for a minimum two-hour period (inclusive of all time required for set-up and take-down). Food and beverage service is available, and must be coordinated by the exhibitor directly with Evergreen Park.
